This service is targeted to provide bookkeeping services a client is in need of, while going through the recruiting process. Services are provided virtually and can be mixed and matched to target only the areas of need for your business to ensure certain bookkeeping tasks are kept up to date through your search. This may include bank reconciliations, recording of financial transactions, monthly closing tasks or any of the services listed under Monthly Bookkeeping Service.

Creation of a financial forecast for your business needs. This forecast is more interactive than a budget, as it includes historical results, your current annual budget, and a forecast beyond that, which normally includes 5-10 years ahead. This will help you to run scenarios to identify areas of concern or the ability to make financial decisions and the resulting outcome of those actions. Training will be provided on how to utilize, update and manage the forecast when actualizing current results and adjusting the forecast as needed.

Pricing for this service is $300 and includes 10 years of historical results, 1 year of budget and 10 years of forecast. The level of detail provided in this service is based on the level of detail available for analysis, like all financial transactions, or historical financial reports such as income statement and statement of cash flow. A monthly, quarterly or annual forecast updating service based on your business results. This service is focused on saving you time by actualizing and updating future projections for you. This is then provided to you, for your freedom to use further for your business needs. This saves you time and money, so you can use your resources on more important business matters.

Service is priced at $50 for an individualized forecast update.

Creation of an individualized budget based on historical results and/or provided targets. This process includes receiving your historical data, data analysis, creation of a budget matching a layout down to the precise level you desire. This also includes a one on one review of the budget to discuss and adjust items as necessary based on your inside business knowledge and goals. To finally end with a custom, accurate budget for your company to utilize.
